MCL Dev have produced a simple but effective .Net library to assist developers looking to merge two Outlook personal folders (pst files). 

It will either merge into an existing pst file, or create a new merged pst file containing the contents of both. It removes duplicate emails from each file and preserves the folder structure from each - while not duplicating existing mails.
